What is the model of the PC?
If you can see pictures on the dark screen, it means that the power module for the screen light is faulty.
State the model let's confirm.

Good afternoon. Same with mine as well. My sister said she was using it then it went blank. It give an invalid configuration message but i used touch light and was able to set the date and time correctly even ran a diagnostic but the light just would not come on. What do i do? It is a Dell-Pc
