Where did you get the files you're trying?
Can you post a screenshot of the Cm2 error?
Have you tried using Research download tool?

Download two files from needrom and one FIrmware File.

Attach screenshot of the errors as @hovatek requested.
Also, try reading the phone's info or backing up the phone's firmware and see if it will work.
