Hello my master here, I have ITEL 1406 which has virus. I've downloaded the file from this website. I've downloaded SPD upgrade tool and SPD drivers. whenever I inserts USB cable to the phone, I will hear a detection sound the my system and an error will occur that the the last USB cable malfunctioned. I do use the same USB cable to flash both the SPD and MTK feature phones. I use the cable to flash SPD Lenovo phones, likewise Tecno and infinix. but when comes to the ITEL android phones, I do gets the error. please help me out

retry using a different USB cable or PC, lets know if it still persists
BTW also ensure you hold vol down button before connecting the phone to the PC

I have tried all the above mentioned tricks but doesn't work. I don't know what is going on. I can flash ITEL 1516 plus with the same USB cable and PC. I have tried New USB cable also, it doesn't connects to this ITEL 1406.

My question is that, is the problem from the phone's USB port?

It could be as a result of faulty port on the phone, if you have been able to flash other SPD phones after you tried the itel 1406
