Samsung s5 prime sm G906k ussd code not working

Hi they sent me this Samsung s5 LTE A sm G906K from korea. When i type an ussd code to check my bundle or airtime balance it works with no problems. But when i type and ussd code to activate a bundle it will say try again. I have try flashing the phone but it still make the same. So am out of solutions. Please can someone help me

does your phone have any mobile tracker?
try dialing the code while on 2G or 3G only network mode, see if it still the same
BTW are you sure this ussd code you're trying to use is still active and in use?

There is no option to put back the phone on 3g or 2g. It selects the network automatically and also i don't how to look for a mobile tracking software in my phone

I am using mtn cameroon but the phone is korean phone. When you switch it on ot says alleh

dial this ussd code *#*#4636#*#*
if it opens testing menu, select phone information > set preferred network type: GSM only or WCDMA only

Insert the SIM into another phone and try the bundle USSD code. See if you get the same error
