I tried to bypass frp on a customer's Infinix x572 32+3 D1 and the phone is no longer booting
I flashed it with a file backed up from another phone still not booting
Help please

Which method did apply for bypassing the frp lock?
Was the phone backedup has the same build no as the bricked phone?

Also, try disconnecting/reconnecting the battery and power on or plug to charge for few hours.

what's the current state of the phone? (totally dead or stuck at boot)

I tried using sp flash tool to write frp.bin
The files there is
Mt65 scatter
Preloader.bin
Frp.bin

No back up because the file has worked on numerous x572 I've flashed but all was 16+2
That I noted after the coincidence

That didn't work although I didn't charge it up to a hour

Easy way to do it is to download only scatter file and preloader for your build number or at least for 32+3 variant and flash it, let's see if it comes on.

Yes i did
The customer has carried the phone
There is no means of testing the ideas for now

not necessarily, if you did disconnect / reconnect the battery and the phone's still dead then the preloader.bin you flashed is incompatible
you could either try retrieving the build number (see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html ) OR randomly try different X572 preloader files from different builds at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-20230.html
