Dump your phone's rom using wwr at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html (to get your scatter file)
Format only FRP partition using SP flash tool https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21638.html
If you have a hardware box / dongle then just use the DA file & bypass frp

(20-12-2018, 11:32 AM)Tumaini Maluki hi. i formatted a partition (0x39e00000) , the phone rebooted and with msg that the phone cannot boot and gave two options i)try again ii)do a hard reset. did a hard reset twice. a try again once. in the morning it would not boot!!!!.
