Can you still get to download mode?
Also, can you remember the software version that was in it before you tried flashing?

It wasn't allowing me to add or edit APN, after doing some research i came across some rom LS775ZV9 Auto_Unlock_APN, saying people who had similar problem, solved the issue by flashing this rom with Z3X. I tried to follow the steps, and now its bricked.. Below is the error am getting each time am attempting to flash the device..

If I get you right, the phone got bricked when you tried flashing LS775ZV9. I'm also getting it got stuck in Download Mode after you got that error in Z3X (from your screenshot).
Why no just flash the LS775ZVB tot?

I wanna try it on Octoplus LG tool , but cant seem to find it anywhere, since they clearly indicated the rom only work with these two boxes. I think some LG phones do not allow downgrade, so you can only go higher or exact version.
Also, in the port selection, select the other available port while trying Z3x
