Goodday, please i downloaded this stock rom to flash my motorola droid Razr and when i wanted to unzip it, it was asking for a password.
Please can i get the password to the file so that i can use it.

You didn't drop ant password for me to try.
That is the particular rom for my device and it is encrypted with a password.

The phone is stuck on the boot logo. Its been like that for a while now. I have been able to et all necessary files and software needed for the flashing process. It is just this encrypted stock rom i downloaded from your android firmware section that is remaining.

there is a rom and password indicated in brackets on that link in @hovatek's reply, its something like this (PW: ****)
check again
