Tecno H5 Reboot loop after long charging stuck on Tecno Logo please provide access to MTK Backup for flashing thanks

1. was it charging that caused this or something else?
2. have you tried a factory reset in recovery mode
3. supply a gmail address

2. - NO, not an option doesn't stay on for long
