Have tried to install imie on my x604 for the past 2weeks to no avail after fflashing, I have Evan rooted the phone, used chameliphone still yet, my phone not connecting miracle others are, only sp flashtool, I have even unlocked boot loader, please heeeeeelllp

Does the phone have a valid baseband? Check in settings > about > baseband
