How to Fix Black Screen on Dell Vostro 3550 after Installing Graphics Driver on Windows 8 and 10

You will encounter a black screen on Dell Vostro 3550 laptop after installing graphics on windows 8 or 10 upgrades, the cause of this issue is a BIOS incompatibility.

 

Before installing graphics driver you will need to update your BIOS firmware to Version A12  first but if you already installed graphics driver then you will need to connect an external monitor via HDMI/VGA that will allow you to see the Windows environment screens and get through them.
