hey family i went to settings and did software upgrade on my infinix x571 <INFINIX NOTE 4 PRO> SO after installing the upgrade the phone cannot operate once it switches the backlight unless i restart the phone i went to the settings and then i did software upgrade using wifi and so the phone only works when i switch it on and when i let the screen to go off,it cannot respond unless i switch it off again

seems like a bug in the update. either you return to previous rom build or wait till infinix releases another update [which may or may not fix this bug]
what's the current build number of the phone?
do you remember the previous build number on the phone before updating it?

Download and try flashing boot.img, recovery.img and system.img only from the firmware with this build "X571-H5311A-N-180223V30" @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-20228.html
