any tool that can be use without A box or dongle

Download nck mtk tool from here [ Login to download] and use the video guide and DA file for your phone (tecno f3) from here https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23243.html to get the job done.

Download the DA file for Tecno F3 @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23243.html
Use the scatter file and DA you've downloaded to format frp using sp flash tool, see the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21638.html
