(19-11-2018, 04:05 AM)EMMANUS I have searched (though not extensively) for firmware with the description you provided, and found none. I advise that you take a backup of the rom and keep it safe now, even as it is stuck on bootlogo.
Also, provide info written on the phone's body.

Backup your current firmware in scatter file format, see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
After that, you can try different Samsung Note 8 Pro MT6580 firmwares you can find online, try ROMs based on the same Android version first (take note of the links you've downloaded from so you don't end up downloading the same ROM twice)
You'll probably find different ROMs with different problems, try flashing only boot and system.img from the ROMs you find then perform a factory reset in recovery after flashing then you check if the phone can boot to homescreen

Most are usually paid, very few aren't
Did you try this ROM at [ Login to download] ?
Remember flash only boot and system
