Can't find NVRAM part info on target side

I have an Infinix Hot S Pro with me that I want to format. The phone installs applications multiple times. But when I use SP Flash tool and follow the instructions from posts in this forum, I get the above error.

I downloaded the ROM from a post in this forum. Please help me out.

There's no error message or screenshot attached here
You can upload your screenshot to google drive then post the link here

Before formatting your phone, ensure you've noted down and downloaded the exact firmware for your phone's build number

Then also check the list at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-439.html and apply the fix(es) for the error message
