Hello , if i try to read the recovery.img with spf-tool using the scatter created by miracle box
it endet up with wrong chip error ......chip type not match ! target efuse value 0x84010000

MT6735 Chip board freeme ,brand cyrus , model cs28 ,android 7

I also cant boot the backup of recovery.img using fastboot boot recovery.img...

any suggestions ?

either dump firmware from your device using miracle box at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html OR wwr at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html
if you choose miracle box method, then flash the dump using miracle box
if you choose wwr, then you can flash with sp flash tool or any other mtk flashing tool
