Can I update my Camon cx air to build 145? It has build 141 now with custom philz recovery and root. Is there a chance for problem occured if i update it?

Please tell me what I do before updating my phone?

You'll need to flash stock recovery, that's if you didn't flash anything to the phone through custom recovery e.g supersu or exposed installer.
If you modified the phone then you must flash stock recovery, boot and system to install system update else the phone will end in bootloop or stuck.

my phones bootloader is unlocked, does it creates a problem or not

Another approach will be to back up your phone as it is, then download the update in scatter file format and flash using sp flash tool; dependent on whether the file is available online in scatter format

you can also relock the bootloader just incase
