My gionee GN5001S SIM 2 Slot is not detecting SIM 2 only SIM 1 is working.

Another thing with the phone is Google play store is not working on it. I downloaded Google service framework yet it Not working.

I have tried rooting it but it won't root. I have been trying to root it since 40 days ago and up to the moment it's still not rooting

check and be sure you placed the sim 2 card properly
also try putting the sim card in sim 1 into sim 2 slot and see if it works
