Now, the way out is to do the format operation using scatter file generated from the phone itself to be sure.

Try using nck mtk tool to backup lets see

(phone is unable to read unless i press volume up + power and i think thats whats cause this error )

if by on you mean it been detected by pc yes . but if you mean is the phone it self turn on no its not , plus its no longer stuck on the infinix logo like it was now its just blank

You'll have to loose the phone to disconnect/reconnect the battery.

Lets pause here. Don't try to flash and don't format.

Lets retrace our steps.
1. How exactly did it get stuck at logo in the first place?
2. Now that the phone is dead (due to an error message), leave it to keep charging (if you can't have the battery unclipped) as directed @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-808.html

The first task should be to backup your current firmware, not flash so lets focus first on Miracle box then wwr.
1. What version of Miracle box are you using and is it the hardware box or loader version ?
2. Hope you're not holding any button when connecting to PC (in the wwr method) for backup
