[Please help] my phone infinix hot 3 x554 is dead

Hi all
my phone infinix hot 3 x554 suddenly shutdown and no response on power button or hard reset buttons (pwr+vol) or anything
i tried to flash rom with flash tool but it gives error ( 4058) s_ft_get_memory_fail
i tried more than stock rom version and it keep gives the same error

Does it detect on your PC when you connect?
Have you tried charging?

Could be that the flash chip has failed

It detected on pc for seconds then not detected So I can't install new room
Charging didn't do anything

How did this problem start, was it normal shutdown or it just went off?

Do you know the phone's build no?

first try a different battery like @emmanus suggested OR disconnect and reconnect the battery in the phone then try charging
if the phone still can't boot to homescreen then you'll need to find out the build number of the phone using the guide at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html before you attempt flashing any rom

It could be a config (sp flash tool) or hardware issue ( refer to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-439.html )
Attach a full screenshot of the error message and hope you're not holding any button when connecting.
