Flashing nvram

i am having problem in connecting my phone meta mode, SM G532F , i need to flash my imei using SN write tool it keep saying Enter MetaDataMode error, even Nvram Tool is failing to connect in my phone, please help

is your phone a clone or original samsung?
are you holding any buttons while connecting the phone to the pc?

I didnt hold any button, i connect only a usb cable, and my phone is rooted with twrp recovery

since your device is rooted, use tool hero @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21072.html to write IMEI

This is Galaxy Grand Prime (2016) / Samsung SM-G532F / Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime
Chipset Mediatek MT6737T

Confirm if the phone has a valid Baseband (Settings > About > Baseband).
Is the IMEI valid or Null?
