I'm unable to hard reset my samsung sm-g355h/ds, it doesn't bring any command after pressing the keys to take it to hard reset menu. I press all button still the same. When switched on normally it won't pass add Google account phase even with hot-spot connection and good internet

Tap volume up , then down then up again and then down then power.

Also try holding power button and tapping volume up and down

You could also bypass the google frp with miracle. If thats the path you choose, just indicate.

Is it an original or clone Samsung?

power off the phone > launch device manager > connect the phone.
What does it get detected as?
