What was wrong with the phone before flashing it?
did you take note of the phone's build no. before flashing the phone?
Also, the phone might be stuck in preloader mode or the battery is drained. Disconnect/reconnect the battery and plug the phone to charger for few hours and see if it will show a charging sign.
