I bought this phone "infinix note 4 x572" and updated it to oreo, i tried rooting it with apps like kingroot but i couldn't, ı don't know anything about rooting using pc.

I'm stuck at the first step, im trying to extract the boot.img from the device, i installed miracle box and installed Windows 10 64x Mediatek USB Drivers (after disabling driver signature enforcement) , but i still can't connect Miracle box to my phone.. The start button is disabled. I don't know what to do :-(

Backup the complete firmware (tick everything except userdata), it will help you when the phone get bricked.
