The tips u gave there is for android 5.0,am saying if u mistaken hardreset a Mediatek device running 8.1 without going to the settings to remove Google account, how do u remove frp without flashing it?

Read method 2 (sp flash tool) closely.
BTW, what's the phone model and have you dumped the firmware even (though stuck at FRP)
