i have a htc desire 628 phone
i flash a stock rom 2PVGIMG_V36BML_DUGL_L51_DESIRE_SENSE70_HTC_India_SEA_1.17.400.1_492560_combined_signed_2_4.zip
but after flashing by sp tools, my phone don't power up & also don't charge.
But if connect by charger the indicator light up.
And my pc detects the phone only for 2-3sec
Than i again flash other stock rom 2PVGIMG_V36BML_DUGL_L51_DESIRE_SENSE70_HTC_Europe_1.17.401.2_Radio_0.1524V28P45.0504.0422_1_release_488427_signed.zip
but my phone don't power up

It seems your battery has drained out so I will advise you to put it in charge for it charge well

SP flash tool doesn't work on original HTC devices and the roms you listed are for original devices
can you explain in details how exactly did you flash using SP flash tool?
was the flashing process successful with a green tick?

Firstly, I extract the Rom by RUU Rom extractor. Than add scatter file in sp tools and flash.

The flash was successful with green tick.

And i already remove the battery & again inserted but nothing happened

From what you've said, the firmware you've flashed are incompatible. You'll need to search for more (for your model) and try them
