Hi hovatek, I'm Silva, and I'm here to ask for help about Tecno l9 plus firmware.
My phone is dead and I downloaded all the firmware that you gave on your website, I tried but it is not working.
And there is 3 differents ROM and I tried all.
The phone is dead since January.
Can you help me please.

How did the phone go dead?
Did you take note of the phone's build no?
Was flashing any of the firmware(s) you've tried successful?

My friend was trying to remove Google account via sp flash tool. I
I didn't take phone build's no.
I haven't tried successful.

attempt to retrieve the build number as @innagee suggested
then also find out from your friend what he did using SPft and the outcome [i.e if successful with green tick or not]

I can't find build's no,
I tried by miracle and it doesn't work.
the only number I found is 02541107AO002207
and under the battery I found Tecno l9 plus v3 THX-M1-2
