i downloaded the the adb setup and after agreeing to all the questions instead of getting the install wizard as tutorials had shown, i got an error message which is the attached photo, what do i do?

which method did you use to attempt installing?

I believe you used the installer method.
Try the installer on another PC and lets know if you get the same error
