Dump the Tab's firmware in scatter format using miracle @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347-page-11.html to obtain recovery.bin
Rename recovery.bin to recovery.img then port twrp using the tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21839.html

This is a mismatch error. The scatter file (at least) isn't for your model.
Do as @innagee has instructed and lets know once TWRP is ported. We can then tell you how to flash
