HELLO GOOD EVENING
PLEASE I AM DONE WITH THE FIRST STEP TO ROOT USING Magisk Manager and a stock boot.img
PLEASE CAN YOU GIVE ME THE GUIDELINES OH HOW TO FLASH THE PATCHED BOOT.IMG USING THE FLASH TOOL

Good morning,
please I need help on how to flash the pacthed_boot.img using the flashtool.
because I can't find it after lunching the flash tool,though have renamed it.
please I really need the guidelines

you already have stock rom and already know how to flash using SP flash tool
create a new folder on your desktop
rename patched_boot.img to boot.img then copy it into the new folder
copy scatter file from your stock rom into the new folder then flash scatter file + boot using SPft

Make sure you properly rename patched_boot.img to boot.img and use the same scatter file that unbricked your phone to flash boot partition using sp flashtool. See https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html for how to use sp flashtool.

hello
please I did just that but unfortunately after all the process,when I was checking for root access with the root checker I did not grant request when asked, so at the end the cell was not able to root.
So please am I to restart with the same steps again.
