We'll list the firmware @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19513.html once available
How did the bootloop issue start?
Also, dump the phone's current firmware using miracle @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html

The bootloop began as i tried to upgrade the phone with a custom rom which i think wasn't compatible. I have a dump of the current firmware and even tried to flash with it but its not working. As for the available firmwares, i have downloaded all of them but none seems to be compatible with this variant.

How did you dump the phone's firmware, which tool did you use?
and how did you attempt to write the firmware you backedup?

answer @innagee's questions then also tell us,
when was the firmware dump made? [before or after the phone got bricked]
what errors did you get when you tried flashing the other rom builds?

I used miracle box to dump the phone's firmware and also used the same and SP Tools to try and write the new rom builds. As for the errors i have attached screenshots of errors in both sp tools and miracle box.
