intex cloud swift was dead(h/w-v2.1,h/w-v07) i flashed with sp flash tool(download,formatt all+downlaod,formatt and download) but mobile does not power on pls help

What was wrong with the phone before you flashed it?
Did you take note of the phone's build no. before flashing the phone?
Was flashing successful or interrupted with an error?

Maybe the firmware you've flashed isn't compatible. Have you tried other firmware?

the phone was dead before i took for service so i couldnt take anything.but it is 100% software problem and also i flashed many flash filles in sp flash tool.

we'll like to know how the phone went dead in the first place and you really can't say for sure that this is software problem unless you're 100% sure that you've never flashed the correct rom build for the phone
also, how many roms in total have you tried?
