first dump the firmware of your device in scatter file format using the guide at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
then patch boot and root using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21427.html

Hmm,, dat shows I can't root it without PC,,, help me with another method dat does not require PC....

you'll need to look for a PC. All the methods for rooting your device require a PC.
