it doesn't help if you don't know the cause, you should always ask the owner how it happened and what has been done to the phone in terms of trying to fix it

have you tried flashing stock rom?

Noted. I'll keep that in mind.

Yes I tried flashing the KDZ ROM with lg flashtool 2014 but if I chose normal it stops at the third phase 4%

When I choose CSE the software crashes at the second stage.

I don't know how else to go about it.

The owner must have tried rooting, flashing a custom recovery, custom rom or modified firmware.
LG Mobile Support Tool + Internet connection + Download Mode should fix it
