Im guessing you selected that from Settings > Backup & reset.
Something must have happened at the /system level.
Did you make any change(s) at the /system level before the factory reset?
BTW, I believe you backed up your firmware before rooting right?

Yes i did that  from Settings > Backup & reset. and it rebooted in recovery to complete the factory reset and since then doesn't boot into sytem. just stock at recovery. Even when trying to charge the phone while its switched off it will just boot up into the recovery.

No, i did not make any changes at the system level before factory reset.

By firmware .. are you refering to these:

Boot.bin
LK.bin
Logo.bin
MT6580_Android_scatter
Preloader.bin
Recovery.IMG
Secro.bin
Nvram.bin
Nvdatabin

if yes. i have the backup before i rooted. i still have those files. the only backup i didnt make before or after the root was the phone's Rom.

so what' should i do next??

Note: i still have miracle box if its going to be useful

This isn't a full backup. system.bin is missing? You were supposed to backup your full rom
good thing the full stock rom is listed @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19956.html ; download it and flash using SP flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html

i downloaded the stock rom v163 because that was the version on my phone. but while unzipping the contents of the zip file, there was an error that the system.bin could not be copied because it is corrupted. every other file was unzipped except the system.bin and thats like the most important file required when flashing rom.

i was thinking the error was due to the fact that while downloading the zip package of 1.5GB, there were break up in network data and switching of networks to another which left the downloading to be paused and resumed later. Maybe thats the cause of the error.

I will try again to download the zip package at a full lenght. and see if the content can be unzipped.

note: Sp flash tools not detecting my phone or any other phone and i have all drivers installed only miracle box detects my phone. My question is is it safe to use miracle box for flashing ROM??

That Sp flash tool isn't detecting phones means you need to look closer at your drivers (uninstall then reinstall)
Miracle Box is alright so far you have a Miracle Box compatible rom.
