Trying to unbrick an Alcatel OT-991, phone does not turns on at all.
SP Tools format works properly, but none of the stock ROM`s that I have found are working then. Most of them not even load with SP Tools, results various BROM errors.

Checked the forum for stock ROM for this device but I cant find any for 991.
Is there anyone who can help me out with a working stock ROM for this device?

Try flashing using the latest version of sp flash tool. Download @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13970.html .
Lets know the outcome.

Something about your firmware looks off.
Attach the scatter file here and also a screenshot of the contents of the firmware folder

Tested SP Flash Tool Version v5.1744 and v5.1752 but both has the same error, no matter which scatter file I try to load: ' Platform MT6573 not support on this version. Please update to latest flashtool and try again. '

The ' MT6573_Android_scatter.txt ' now works on the 991, no error is SP Flash, the phone turns on now. But stucked then, every key turns the flashlight on, Android logo is showing then grey screen (which is normal since the files for a different phone).
The ' MT6573_Android_scatter_mtd_DH - Copy ' should be the correct one for the OT-991 but having the errors that I attached previously.

By the way, I am using without the ' Copy ' tag in SP Flash. Just made a backup as tried to figure out on a separate scatter file what could be the problem.

This indicates that the firmware is incompatible (kernel). You need to flash a compatible one.

Any help where to find one? Checked all firmwares related to OT-991 and MTK6573 but none worked. All giving back errors.
