Good morning i need assistant trouble shooting my Infinix Hot 3, On sunday i was using my phone when my whatsapp crashed. so i reboot the phone after which i noticed the phone froze and was nonresponsive so i manually removed the bttery and reinserted it . ever since when i turn it on it stays on the Inifinix logo screen and i cant even acees the android recovery mode. i have tried to reinstall my stock rom firmware but i keep getting download flash fail error, even after i downloaded a new sp flash tool and also a new firmware. What do i do?
