what was wrong with your device before you tried flashing?
and did you take note of the build number before flashing?

You didn't answer @X3non's second question.
Take out/reinsert the battery, try holding the vol down key before connecting to pc.
If the problem persist, try other version of RD tool, download @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-15611.html
