I have tried to lash itel A11 with different spd tool from your site but does not pass flashing hang on PARTATION

what was wrong with your device before you tried flashing?
and did you take note of the build number before flashing?

You didn't answer @X3non's second question.
Take out/reinsert the battery, try holding the vol down key before connecting to pc.
If the problem persist, try other version of RD tool, download @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-15611.html
