I downloaded the rom from the original cubot site to get the exact scatter file.

This is the one I am using right now:

I added the scatterfile to sp flash tools to do a basic readback but it gives me this error.

Error:
Obtain DRAM FAILED!

Drivers are all installed on the windows.
I cant find out at which step I made a mistake.

That's a mismatch error. The scatter file isn't for your device / build / variant.
Try backing up using Wwr at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html
