whats the chipset of the device? (see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13054.html )
whats the build number? (goto settings > about phone > build number)
and do you have the stock rom for this build?

The firmware is currently not available.
You'll need to dump the phone's firmware but will need a box / dongle for this chipset

You would need to buy the box / dongle hardware. Its not a software thing alone.
