Have you tried wiping it in recovery?
Tried getting into recovery by key combinations but no joy. It is just stuck there at the logo. Now I was wondering if there might be a tool for wiping spreadtrum based phones that does not need ADB enabling on the phone since it's inaccessible?

You'll need a Box/Dongle to do that.

Thank you Innagee. Anyway do you know how to identify the built number of such a phone that won't boot? I am asking this because when one finds a pac file there are many variants. So how can you tell the correct one since you cannot boot the phone to check the version information. The battery hold only shows the model number. Thnks in advance.
