I didn't take note of the build number
My bro was using the phone, when I got hold of it, it's just stuck on the logo.

Try wiping the phone recovery (see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-479.html ). If the problem persist then,
extract the build no. using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html , use method 3.
