Try wiping the phone recovery (see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-479.html ). If the problem persist then,
extract the build no. using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html , use method 3.

I think the next method is via opening the phone to the motherboard, please where's the link to the rom, I don't mind downloading all

You should be able to backup the phone's firmware using Miracle Box then obtain build.no from system.img
