Hello... I bought a Q18 smartwatch online everything seems to be working fine but when I inserted a sim card.... It's says no service or emergency ...i need help resolving this issue plz

check if its NULL / invalid or if the numbers even matches with whats on the carton of the device

The imei is valid... I was lucky service came up on the smartwatch I even made call with it but now it's gone again
