Build number is under Settings > About > Build Number.
Also, did this issue begin after you restored NVRAM and Secro or you'd had this all along?

I didn't test the camera/video before restoration of NVRAM/SECRO.
Before installation of BUILD A6-H551C1-M-170103V121 the camera/video is not clear, no underground tones in Video.
Only becoming worse after installation of new build.
