[Please help] Vivo 1606 having distorted sound

Sir, I have Vivo 1606, having problem distorted and low sound output with both loud speaker and headphone.
This is a fresh set and according to customer this problem happened after plug in a home theater.
I checked visually but not found any problem.
Please help me to solve this problem.

ensure the volumes are no in the lowest
btw have you tried doing a factory reset?

Yes, I already did reset but facing the same problem.

Try different media player e.g. VLC.
