Whenever I make a call or get an incoming call, the person on the other line can hear me but I can't hear them. I took the phone to an engineer and got the mouth piece changed but after 2 normal calls, it's back to the same issue. What should I do?

That means the mouthpiece has developed a fault again, you'll need to repair or replace it.
