verify which mode you booted the device into OR better still list what options you see on the screen
recovery mode: vol up + power button > clear data / factory reset
factory mode: vol down + power button > clear eMMC

This is Factory Mode (vol down + power). Select Clear Emmc then reboot. If it persists then try volume up + power and factory reset

I have done the clear eMMC waiting for the response but it seems. It first display [Formating data] and then display Infinix logo. but I don't see if anything is happening, the logo is just standing still.
