Am Emma I need some help,,,I flashed my Tecno w5 with a wrong firmware and it's now dead , it can't switch on ,no charge,no vibration ...my w5 cpu is mt6737v and it was running on w5-H373B-M-170607v616, so I made a mistake an I flashed it with mt6737m w5-H373B1-M-160909v230 plz help thanks in advance

this build "W5-H373B-M-170607v616" seems like an update;
do you remember the previous build number of your device before updating?
was flashing successful with a green tick?

try other W5 roms listed @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19425.html starting with the rom with the most recent build date

Sir I have tried all those ROMs but it just gives me error: s_ft-enabe_dram_fail (4032)

Have you tried charging the phone properly? Because the battery might be drained.

That's a mismatch error. I need to verify some things. Attach a full screenshot of this error for EACH of the roms you tried flashing.

Sir after all this i have managed to get a working phone of the same type and i have copied the file using Miracle box, so it has accepted to write the file to my phone, but after writing it's stuck on logo ,Now am trying again the files which were not accepting with sp tool but everything well now. thanks for your support
