Hi,
after update my phone not started .... Blackview s8- from china
I tried to write firmuer with SP Flasher- error 0xC0050005
The phone can not guess USB MTK Preloader driver only usb mtk

how did you attempt to update the phone? [in details]
also attach a full screenshot of SP flash tool window when you get that error message

I downloaded the file from blackview site. I loaded scatter in SP Fasher.Boot with volume +.
Load red scale indication, after 1min. error.
drivers are install.

When I plug the phone into my computer not driver USB mtk Preloader in port, but is installed.
Only in port mtk usb which installs itself.
I think preloader erased

if i understand you correctly, you tried updating the phone using SPft but it failed and the device went dead
the firmware you are trying to flash, is it different from the update firmware?

No ... I let go wireless update and he died

1. Are you saying your phone died after you installed OTA update?
2. Are you sure the firmware you're trying to flash in SP flash tool is for your exact model?

This update I installed-attached.
In google wrote it is a virus ...root gone...

It may also have finished the battery....I found the phone dead
